City Lodge – Courtyard Hotel in Waterfall City is located in this fast-growing region of Midrand, midway between Johannesburg and Pretoria.

The hotel is situated within a business and leisure district, close to the iconic Mall of Africa and Waterfall Corner and their vast selection of retail, dining and entertainment offerings.

This modern and comfortable hotel has chosen to use Aspecta One “patterned” flooring in all the common areas. This hard-wearing Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring was specified by Oniro Concepts and expertly installed by Combined Flooring in a herringbone pattern. The Swiss Oak Lucerne decor perfectly complements the terrazzo inlays and overall design and has been carried through the reception, lounge, dining and gym and lift lobby sections.

Continuing the same design concept, the Swiss Oak Lucerne pattern has been continued throughout all the bedroom areas in the hotel. Here though the Traviloc XL-RCB interlocking LVT board form has been used. This rigid core board has a pre-attached IXPE foam backer which offers excellent in room acoustics and controls floor to floor sound transfer.

Warm and comfortable to the touch, these modern LVT floors are spill and stain resistant and extremely easy to maintain. They also are 100% waterproof and provide a high level of slip resistance in wet and dry conditions.
